Good News on the Bankruptcy Bill Jude Wanniski September 12, 2002

The bankruptcy bill, which was said to be a sure thing just a week ago, has been pulled from the House schedule because of the intensity of debate surrounding the conference report. This is a very positive development, although it is not yet clear whether or not the legislation remains alive for the 107th Congress.
